The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic and have a strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently. This role requires discretion, flexibility, and a positive attitude.Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries. Alternatively, you will be working with our Travel Coordinator to ensure a smooth booking process. Ensure the CEO is always informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
Email Management: Organize and manage the CEOs email inbox, draft responses, and reply on behalf of the CEO as necessary. Prioritize and filter emails, ensuring that urgent matters are addressed promptly.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and edit communications to ensure clarity and professionalism.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and the CEOs time is used efficiently.
Flexibility: Be available to assist the CEO after regular working hours if needed, and adapt to changing priorities with ease.
Professional Demeanor: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, contributing to a pleasant work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic
Email Management: Strong ability to draft and manage professional emails on behalf of the CEO.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and common sense.
Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Flexibility: Willingness to be flexible with working hours when required.
Positive Attitude: A good mood and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
