- Provide detailed information about courses, pricing, and enrollment procedures to potential clients.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to services or enrollment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
- Proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
