: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales and Tele Calling Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, corporate employees, and job seekers, following up on leads, and converting these leads into admissions. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and proven experience in telesales and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, corporate employees, and job seekers to provide information about our courses and programs.
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns and inquiries.
• Convert leads into admissions by effectively communicating the benefits of our courses and closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
• Achieve monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and admissions secured.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from potential students and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales and closing deals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence potential students and corporate clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for education.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Telesales & Telecalling: 2 years (Preferred)
