Should hold a University/College Degree in a business related field
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or similar position
Good knowledge in using Microsoft suite packages
Must be highly experienced in selling products over the telephone and convincing customers to buy
Should be able to work under pressure and multi-task efficiently
Must be a good English speaker, ability to speak other languages will be a plus
