We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Telesales Specialist (Female)

with real estate experience to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships through outbound calls. She should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and leads in the real estate sector. Explain property features, pricing, and benefits to prospects and address their queries. Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales. Maintain an updated database of leads, inquiries, and client interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and business growth. Provide market insights and property recommendations to clients based on their requirements. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, specifically in the real estate industry (Mandatory).

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset. Excellent verbal communication skills in [English]. Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to sales.
