Job Description

We are hiring a

Telesales Specialist with real estate experience

to generate leads, schedule property viewings, and assist potential buyers in finding their dream homes. If you have a passion for property sales and client relations, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to

prospective buyers and investors

. Promote real estate projects, luxury properties, and investment opportunities. Understand

client requirements and suggest suitable property options

. Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team. Explain

pricing, payment plans, and financing options

to customers. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales. Keep track of market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor offerings. Maintain accurate records in

CRM systems

and report sales performance.

What We're Looking For:



Experience in real estate telesales, property consultation, or brokerage

. Knowledge of

property laws, real estate market trends, and investment strategies

. Strong

negotiation and persuasion skills

. Ability to

build strong client relationships

and close high-ticket deals. Fluent in

English and Hindi

(additional languages are a plus like Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam or Kannada). Familiarity with

CRM tools and lead management software

.
