Job Overview:
The One Properties is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales / Listing Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for real estate and strong communication skills. The primary responsibility is to engage potential clients, manage property listings, and drive sales through effective communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and manage inbound inquiries.
Identify and follow up on new leads to drive sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and buyers.
Provide accurate information about property listings and guide clients through the sales process.
Schedule and conduct property viewings.
Update and manage property listings across various platforms.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, tele sales, or a related field.
Arabic speaker preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
