Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing players, guiding them through the registration and deposit process.
Promote bonuses, promotions, and loyalty programs to maximize customer engagement.
Build strong relationships with players to ensure retention and brand loyalty.
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the platform and services.
Meet and exceed sales targets through persuasive communication and rapport-building.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize conversion strategies.
Requirements:
Fluent in Malayalam
& English.
1+ years of telesales or customer support experience
( in iGaming, betting, or online gaming).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with iGaming platforms, payment methods, and player behavior.
Target-driven with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
