Maintain customer relationships to ensure long-term retention and loyalty.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Keep track of leads and update the CRM system with call details and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Fluent in Hindi & English.
1+ years of experience in tele sales, customer service, or business development, preferably in iGaming.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking software is a plus.
