TeleSales Representatives (Wealth Advisors) Females only required, who have about 1 year minimum experience in Dubai Real Estate Business, should have great English & Arabic communication skills

Arabic & English (Speaking and Understanding is a Must)

Duties :

? Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow up calls or cold calls.

? Ability to convince clients with good knowledge of overall UAE, Real Estate Market.

? Assist and support a team of real estate agents in capturing new business.

? Calling to property owners to avail updated listings for sales and leasing.

? Analyze and investigate price, demand, and competition. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.

? Sourcing and collaborating with other agencies/property management companies to receive regular listings of properties and advertising them through our portals.

? Perform other duties as assigned requirements.

? Must be good in written and communication skills.

? Preparing real estate forms and documents (if needed).

? Maintain and manage client's database with details of deals, contract, and payments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
