Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Female Tele Sales Executives to join our expanding team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing deals over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities to determine their viability.
• Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Document all sales activities and maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and improving overall sales performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• High school diploma; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
• Hindi Language Is a MUST ( candidates who are ONLY proficient in the language will be considered)
