Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and leads from the company database
Promote property listings in the secondary market (ready properties)
Set up meetings between clients and property consultants
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable property options
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
Achieve and exceed monthly call targets and lead conversion goals
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
Prior experience in tele sales, preferably in real estate
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Female candidates preferred (based on team requirements)
