Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads. Qualify leads and identify customer needs. Provide detailed information on available properties. Schedule appointments for property viewings. Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress

Requirements:

Previous experience in telesales, sales, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus). Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of real estate market trends.
