Telesales Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele-Sales Representative to join our team, In this role, you will be responsible for contacting prospective customers (leads provided by the company)
• Contact potential customers using the provided leads database.
• Identify customer needs and match them with suitable banking products.
• Persuade customers to purchase or sign up for the offered services.
• Build a positive rapport with prospective clients during interactions.
• Address customer queries and provide accurate product information.
• Qualifications and Skills:
• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of banking products and services is advantageous but not mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
