Job Responsibilities:
• Making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting the company's products or services.
• Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
• Achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Updating and maintaining records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details in the CRM system.
• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and offering personalized solutions.
• Coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
• Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with customers.
• Keeping up to date with product information, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Skills & Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
