Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Hotels Venues LLC. The Telesales Executive will play a critical role in promoting our services, engaging potential clients, and converting leads into successful bookings. The ideal candidate is persuasive, motivated by targets, and has exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Hotels Venues services, including event and venue booking options.
• Understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations that align with our offerings.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential leads, following up to ensure high conversion rates.
• Provide detailed information on services, promotions, and pricing.
• Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in CRM software.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Deliver excellent customer service to foster long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in telesales or customer service, ideally in the hospitality or events sector.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
