Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients over the phone to discuss mortgage options and solutions.
• Assess clients' financial situations and provide guidance on suitable mortgage products.
• Understand and explain the mortgage process, interest rates, and other financial products to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process for clients from application through to approval.
• Stay up-to-date on mortgage products, market trends, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a TeleSales or sales role, ideally in the mortgage or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, financial markets, and lending processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients over the phone.
