Telesales Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Caller to join our team. As a Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about products or services, and generating sales leads.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm outbound calls to prospective customers
- Communicate effectively to present information about products or services
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track customer interactions and progress
- Meet or exceed sales targets through telemarketing efforts
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Strong communication skills to engage customers effectively
- Ability to conduct warm calling and generate leads
- Interest in technology sales and willingness to learn new products and services
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From AED2,200.00 per month
Expected hours: 21 - 25 per week
