Telesales Representative
Job Description
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company products/services.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions or products that meet their requirements.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as set by the company.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to products/services.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to improve strategies and achieve targets.
Requirements:
• Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
• A passion for sales and customer engagement.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; previous experience in sales is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
