:As a Telesales Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging potential clients over the phone to promote our range of services and products. Your primary goal will be to generate sales leads, convert prospects into loyal customers, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, effectively pitching our services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive demeanor.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
• Persuasive and confident phone manner.
• Postgraduate (Bachelor's degree preferred)
