Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Tele-Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales over the phone.

This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with our product offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, persuasive sales ability, and meticulous record-keeping capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiating Sales: Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone to initiate sales conversations.
• Customer Engagement: Ask engaging questions to understand customer needs and keep the conversation dynamic.
• Repeat Sales Generation: Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences to foster repeat business.
• Documentation: Accurately gather and record customer information, payment details, purchases, and feedback.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services, and effectively communicate new offerings to customers.
• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and provide comprehensive information on our products and services.
• Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
