Role Description The Telesales - Customer Service (Real Estate) is a full-time on-site role that is located in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and acquiring properties for listings. Candidate should have their own visa.Responsibilities
Make consistent 200-300 outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
Maintain a comprehensive Excel sheet to log feedback and ensure timely follow-ups.
Actively engage with customers on WhatsApp, ensuring they save your contact information for future property needs.
Accurately identify client requirements, making sure to inform them that a sales specialist or sales manager will reach out for further discussions.
You should be adept at handling rejection and be able to move past it quickly, always wearing a smile.
Qualifications
Candidate should have their own visa.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of real estate, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Good time management skills, customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
Ability to speak and write fluently in English, or Hindi.
