Position Overview: We are currently seeking talented and enthusiastic Female Telesales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Female Telesales Representative at Albab Group UAE, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services over the phone, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
- Build rapport with customers and understand their needs and preferences.
- Present product features and benefits in a compelling manner to generate interest and close sales.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries received through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in sales training programs and continuous learning initiatives to enhance sales skills and performance.
- Previous experience in telesales or sales-related role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Female candidates preferred due to specific market requirements.
