We are looking for Multi Lingual and Experienced Sales Executives with experience of sales in insurance, credit cards/Loans, Immigration Services (Preferably) with language skills in English, You will be responsible for closing sales/ deals over the phone and in person. We need Sales Executives with Experience in Closing Sales ! Please do not apply if you don\'t have experience in Sales/Tele-sales for outbound calls! The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in clients and developing business. Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients and convert them to sales
- Answer questions about services of the company
- Ask questions to understand client's requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Go the extra mile to meet sales target and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Proven experience as tele-sales representative or other sales role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target preferably over the phone and in person.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Minimum education of a diploma; Bachelors Degree will be a plus
- Training will be provided to the selected candidates about services of the company.
- Right candidates will earn salary plus incentives and bonuses.
- Employment visa with all other benefits as per the UAE Labor Law will be given to the right candidates!
