The client is a leader in providing innovative automation solutions to businesses, and they are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in B2B sales. Responsibilities:Client Interaction:
Work closely with the client\'s team to understand their unique automation needs.
Collaborate with the client to develop tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of the client\'s automation solutions.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects for the client.
Consultative Selling:
Understand the client\'s industry and business processes.
Propose and promote automation solutions that align with client requirements.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Liaise between the client and our internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
Sales Quotas:
Collaborate with the client to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular updates on sales performance and progress.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products.
Provide feedback to the client on market insights.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
Prepare reports on sales performance for both our client and our organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of 2-3 years in B2B sales, with a focus on automation solutions.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales automation tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both our organization and the client\'s team.
Proactive and self-driven with a strong work ethic.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Experience:
