As a
Telesales Representative
, your primary role will be to
engage and convert international leads
into successful property investments in Dubai. You will connect with clients from the GCC, MENA, Europe, and beyond, offering tailored real estate solutions that align with their investment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to
potential international clients
and introduce Dubai's luxury real estate opportunities
- Understand client investment preferences and present
customized property solutions
- Achieve
sales targets
through consistent follow-ups, relationship-building, and closing deals
- Provide
market insights and investment advice
to help clients make informed decisions
- Maintain and update customer records using
CRM software
- Handle objections professionally and confidently to drive successful conversions
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
Requirements:

Native or fluent Arabic speaker
