Telesales Representative Arabic Speaker
Job Description
We are looking for a well-spoken Native Arab telesales representative to be responsible for sales and promotion over telephone.
The telesales representative's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, focusing on cutomer needs to close sales and documenting customer information, purchases, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Asking approporiate questions to engage customers.
• Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, etc.
• Answering customers' queries.
• Assisting in meeting sales quotas.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative thinking skills.
• Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Good sales ability.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

Experience:
• telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred)
