Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Contact potential clients to promote real estate properties and services.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, answering inquiries and providing detailed information about properties.

Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify prospective buyers through cold calling and follow-up calls.

Sales Coordination:

Coordinate site visits, schedule meetings, and manage client communications.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales progress using CRM systems.

Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on property trends, pricing, and market developments.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Skills:

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Customer Focus:

Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.

Adaptability:

Flexible and able to handle client objections professionally.
