Job Description

The Telesales Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to sell products or services. This role involves making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and providing relevant information to convert leads into sales. The Telesales Executive plays a key role in expanding the companys customer base and achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services. Identify customer needs and tailor the sales pitch accordingly. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through phone calls and other communication channels. Maintain and update the database of potential and existing customers. Sales Conversion: Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services. Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing. Address customer questions and concerns to facilitate the sales process. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics. Update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales activities. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge to enhance performance. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align on strategies and share best practices. Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage. Additional Requirements: Knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior in Dubai.
