Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Representative with specialized experience in property management rentals and a strong network within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have established connections with real estate developers, access to reliable databases of property owners and investors, and be fluent in both English and Arabic. This individual will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with key stakeholders in the property market, primarily in Ajman and Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Client Acquisition: Proactively reach out to property owners, investors, and real estate developers to generate leads and promote property rental services.
• Property Management Expertise: Leverage experience in property management rentals to advise clients on optimizing their rental portfolios and property performance.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, including developers, investors, and property management companies.
• Database Management: Utilize existing databases of property owners and investors to target potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in the Ajman and Dubai real estate markets to provide accurate information to clients and suggest potential investments.
• Client Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with prospective leads and clients, providing exceptional customer service to convert leads into successful deals.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting the company's property rental services.
Requirements:
• Real Estate Experience: Proven experience in telesales within the property management or real estate industry, particularly with rentals.
• Network: Established connections with real estate developers and access to property owner and investor databases in the UAE, particularly in Ajman and Dubai.
• Language Fluency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is required to engage with a diverse client base.
• Sales Skills: Strong telesales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally over the phone and in writing.
• Customer-Oriented: A focus on providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of UAE Real Estate Market: Familiarity with the Ajman and Dubai property markets, and a deep understanding of real estate rentals, regulations, and trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a real estate agency or property management company.
• Certification or formal training in real estate or property management.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
Locations:
• Ajman and Dubai: Target candidates with a deep understanding of the property markets in both these emirates, as they will be focusing on sourcing clients and leads within these areas.
