In this role, you'll play a key role in driving sales for our company by reaching out to potential customers via phone. You'll be responsible for prospecting for new leads, qualifying them, and presenting our products and services in a compelling way. Your success will be measured by your ability to build relationships, overcome objections, and close deals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to generate qualified leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Research and understand customer needs to recommend the most suitable products or services.
• Deliver clear and concise presentations highlighting product benefits and addressing customer concerns.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive and professional company image during every interaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or customer service role (telesales experience a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate product features and benefits.
• A target-oriented and results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred)
