We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in schools, nurseries, commercial play areas, hotel leisure facilities & residential projects.

The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated individual who is passionate about sales and possesses a deep understanding of the Education & Children's Leisure/Entertainment Industry.

This position presents a thrilling chance to lead our sales initiatives, actively shaping the growth and prosperity of our business, at the same time improving your own experience and life position.

Key Responsibilities:

? Identify and target potential clients in the market, including schools, childcare centers, interior designers, and individual customers, to promote our kids furniture, play equipment, and fit-out solutions.

? Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends to develop effective sales strategies.

? Present product offerings to clients, addressing their specific requirements and providing tailored solutions.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.

? Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to boost sales.

? Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management, detailing sales activities, achievements, and challenges faced.

? Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth.

? Make outgoing calls to customers to advise them of products and services that may be of interest to them.

? Explain products and service features to clients.

? Pass on leads to the outbound sales team if applicable.

? Upsell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients.

? Understand the customers' needs and tailor the service to their needs.

? Follow-up calls with emails if required.

Requirements:

? Proven experience as a Tele-Sales Executive in the industry of kids furniture, play & outdoor play equipment, interior design and fit out.

? Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.

? Knowledge of kids furniture, play equipment, and fit-out products is a must.

? Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

? Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail.

Benefits & Package:

? Monthly Salary of AED: 5000 (All Inclusive)

? Competitive 3% commission on overall sales.

? No Sales Target for Initial 2 months

? AED: 75,000 Monthly Target to be achieved following from 3rd Month

Experience:

The preferred candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Interior design and fit-out for the education & leisure/entertainment industry.

Ideal Industry experience is an Architect/Interior designer or project manager who has moved into sales.
