What We're Looking For:

2+ years in telesales or a similar role in real estate. Proven success in sales. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Sales and marketing proficiency. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Relevant state licensing and certification. Proficiency in real estate software.
