Job Title: Telesales Executive (Female)

Salary: Up to 3000 AED

Location: Dubai Investment Park 1

Experience: 1 year (PRO services and business setup industry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting our PRO services and business setup solutions.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Provide detailed information to clients about our services, explaining the benefits and addressing any queries.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate service features and benefits.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure consistent engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Record all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system accurately.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in telesales, specifically within the PRO services and business setup industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with clients over the phone.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good understanding of the UAE business environment and regulations related to PRO services and business setups.
