We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele sales Officer to join our dynamic team in the Education and Training industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our educational programs and training services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a proven track record in telesales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our education and training programs.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our programs.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our programs and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
• CRM Management: Accurately record all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer needs, market trends, and the effectiveness of sales strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the education and training industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
• Sales Skills: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales.
• Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping people achieve their educational and professional goals.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Motivation: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission.

• Working Hours: Monday to Satuday, 830am to 5 PM
