Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer with a strong background in banking and financial services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling banking products, particularly credit cards, and achieving sales targets. Your ability to build relationships, identify customer needs, and close deals will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential customers to promote banking products, specifically credit cards. Meet and exceed sales targets of 5 cards per month. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Present the benefits of various banking products to customers, addressing any questions or concerns. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge. Provide excellent customer service by offering tailored solutions and addressing customer needs effectively. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in the banking sector, with a focus on credit cards or financial products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Knowledge of banking products and services. Must be proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Compensation:

Salary: 4,000 AED Commission: Highest commission structure in the market, based on sales performance. Additional benefits: Company Visa and Medical Insurance.
