Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to close sales over the phone. This role involves identifying potential customers, explaining our products or services, and securing sales.

Location : AJMAN

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services.
• Answer questions about products, services, and the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
• Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Qualifications:

• Proven 1-2 years of experience as a Telesales Representative is a must.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
