Telesales in Real Estate Company

Responsibilities:
-Actively engage in telephone sales of the company's services.
-Provide consultations to clients regarding buying, selling, and renting properties.
-Maintain and update the client database to ensure accuracy and relevance.
-Handle incoming calls and website inquiries, as well as conduct cold calls.
-Prepare reports and analyze the results of the work performed.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong negotiation and sales skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
-Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
