Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Lead Generation & Prospecting



Make

outbound sales calls

to potential clients from company databases, inquiries, and marketing campaigns. Qualify leads by understanding their property requirements, budget, and timeline. Follow up on leads and schedule site visits or virtual property tours.

2. Sales & Client Engagement



Present and promote

real estate properties

in a professional and persuasive manner. Answer inquiries regarding

pricing, location, amenities, and payment plans

. Overcome objections and negotiate to close deals. Maintain

strong relationships

with potential and existing clients.

3. CRM & Reporting



Update the

CRM system

with call logs, lead status, and follow-ups. Provide

daily, weekly, and monthly reports

on sales performance. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.

Requirements & Qualifications:



?

Experience

in telesales, real estate, or customer service (preferred).
? Strong

communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

? Ability to handle

high-volume calls

and work in a fast-paced environment.
?

Proficiency in CRM software

and basic Microsoft Office tools.
? Fluency in

English (additional languages like Arabic, Russians).


? Highly motivated with a
