Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic tele caller, who will spend most of the working hours to guide clients for the immigration/visa services.

We offer:
Basic Salary + Incentive(Daily, weekly and monthly incentive and bonuses)

Hindi & English speaker mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Handling direct and phone counselling to prospective skilled and work immigration application.
• Target prospects from the leads generated.
• Keep up-to-date with changing rules, guidelines, and trends of immigration option and programs for Canada and Europe countries.
• Ensure high level of client satisfaction at all times.
• Make an excellent presentation to the prospective client.
• All the times proactively perform work activates for our clients as a professional adviser.
• Be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
• Reach out to potential client to inform them both about our products and services.
• Experience working in sales.
• Cold calling and helping to reduce negative reactions from leads.
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centered or communication with the client and colleagues.
• Ability to gauge client needs.
• Energetic personality.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
