We are looking for an experienced Tele sales executive to join our team. The candidate should have the mandatory UAE sales background specially in real estate sales or financial product sales (Forex) As a Tele sales Executive, your primary objective is to generate sales revenue by proactively reaching out to potential customers via phone calls. You will be responsible for promoting products or services, identifying sales opportunities, and persuading prospects to make purchases or schedule appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to targeted prospects using provided leads or generated lists. Introduce products or services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade prospects to make a purchase or schedule a follow-up meeting.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and purchasing intent through effective questioning and active listening. Identify decision-makers and influencers within the organization and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
• Sales Pitch Development: Develop and refine sales scripts and pitches to effectively communicate product or service value propositions and overcome objections. Customize pitches based on prospect demographics, industry, and specific needs.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager or team leader. Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and customers by providing excellent customer service and follow-up support. Address any questions, concerns, or objections raised by prospects and provide accurate information to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline by accurately documenting sales activities, updating lead statuses, and tracking follow-up tasks in the CRM system. Prioritize leads based on their potential value and likelihood of conversion.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Gather feedback from prospects and customers to identify opportunities for product or service improvements and market expansion.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide feedback on sales strategies, product features, and marketing campaigns to optimize performance and drive sales growth.

• Minimum 2 years of UAE sales Experience in financial industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,001.00 per month
