We at D A S S International Real Estate LLC are looking to hire experienced, customer oriented Telesales / Administrator professional to answer the incoming calls from clients/customers, as well as maintain record of all the calls made and received in accurate manner.
To be successful as Telesales / Administrator you should be persuasive and able to work under pressure and perform your duties with best results. You should hold excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Calling potential buyers or sellers.
Presenting property listings, features, and benefits to prospective clients, explaining the market trends, and guiding them through available options based on their needs.
Contacting potential clients, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
Arranging meetings or property viewings for interested buyers with real estate agents or property managers.
Providing exceptional service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining relationships to ensure satisfaction and potential future business.
Keeping accurate records of calls, leads, appointments, and sales in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems for follow-up actions and reports.
Communicating clearly and effectively over the phone, listening to clients' needs, and tailoring solutions accordingly.
This job position offers a basic salary along with incentives.
