Telesales Executive
Job Description
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
• Follow up on leads from various sources (inbound inquiries, existing customers, or marketing campaigns).
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet those needs.
• Maintain and update customer information and sales activities in the system.
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide accurate product information, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Report daily and weekly on sales progress and activity.
• Stay up to date with product offerings, promotions, and company updates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Experience:
• telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred)
