Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Captain Industries, Sharjah, a leading perfume and fragrance company. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending incoming calls from customers, providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls related to product inquiries, orders, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide customers with detailed information about our fragrance products, promotions, and pricing.
• Process and confirm customer orders, ensuring accurate product selection, quantities, and shipping information.
• Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences, increasing sales and revenue.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets and performance goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Stay informed about new product releases and company promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring the ability to recommend the right fragrances based on customer preferences
Skills
• Experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to effectively market products or services
• Strong negotiation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED16.39 - AED18.15 per hour

• Customer service, tele sales: 2 years (Preferred)
