Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Officer who is fluent in Arabic, specifically the Syrian or Jordanian dialect. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and selling our products/services over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell our products/services.
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies and performance.

Qualifications:

• Native Arabic speaker, Female candidates
• 1- 2 years of experience in tele-sales, or telemarketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Goal-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
