Job Description

Job Summary:

We are Cables manufacturers and we are looking for an energetic and motivated Tele-Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a drive to exceed targets. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, engaging with them over the phone, and selling products or services to meet individual and team sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales Calls:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.
• Promote and sell products or services based on customer needs.
• Inbound Sales Calls:
• Answer incoming calls from customers, address inquiries, and identify sales opportunities.
• Provide information, answer questions, and offer solutions related to our offerings.
• Customer Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by offering personalized sales pitches.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products/services.
• Sales Targets & Quotas:
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
• Track individual performance and maintain records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
• Follow-up:
• Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with their purchases and services.
• Objection Handling:
• Address and resolve customer objections effectively to close sales.
• Demonstrate resilience and maintain a positive attitude, even in the face of rejection.
• CRM and Data Entry:
• Accurately input customer data, sales information, and call notes into the CRM system.
• Maintain up-to-date records on customer interactions and sales progress.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales team, reporting on lead status and sharing insights to improve overall sales performance.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills:
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage and persuade customers.
• Sales Experience:
• Previous experience in tele-sales, teleservices, or a similar customer-facing sales role is preferred.
• Goal-Oriented:
• Strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets with a proven track record of success.
• Customer-Centric:
• Ability to understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.
• Problem-Solving:
• Ability to handle objections, provide solutions, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Tech-Savvy:
• Proficient in using, email platforms, and basic office software.
• Resilience:
• Ability to stay motivated and productive in a fast-paced environment, even after facing rejection.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent:
• A degree or certification in sales, marketing, or business is a plus.
• Experience with Outbound and Inbound Sales:
• Familiarity with both cold calling and handling inbound customer inquiries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
