Job Responsibilities:

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints, promptly and professionally through appropriate communication channels.

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

Offer detailed information about products or services to customers, including features, specifications, pricing, and availability.

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Update and maintain accurate customer information, interaction details, and records of customer inquiries.

Understand customer needs and provide personalized support, guidance, and recommendations to enhance their overall experience.

Analyze customer feedback and identify common issues or recurring problems to proactively improve products, services, or internal processes.

Resolve complex or escalated customer issues effectively by collaborating with relevant teams or supervisors and following established protocols.

Skills and Qualifications:

English and Hindi speaking is mandatory.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent in convincing.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• telesales: 1 year (Preferred)

• English & Hindi (Preferred)
