Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven female Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products/services. They should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and sell products/services.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products/services, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
• Customer Interaction: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads and update the customer database with accurate information.
• Follow-up: Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and objections confidently and turn them into sales opportunities.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams for improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to share best practices, strategies, and insights for achieving sales goals.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Female candidates only
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position with a standard work schedule, but may require flexibility to work evenings or weekends.
