Telesales Executive
Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in sales within the shipping and clearance industry, possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (knowledge of Arabic is a plus), and hold a degree.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our shipping and clearance services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about services offered.
• Achieve sales targets and goals within the designated territory.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competition.
Requirements:
Female candidates only
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a shipping and clearance company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
• Knowledge of Arabic will be advantageous.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
