We're looking for a dynamic Bilingual Sales Associate to join our team and help propel our growth by reaching out to potential clients. Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and generate a list of potential clients, focusing on small to medium-sized businesses in need of digital marketing services.
- Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to introduce Growth and Performances services to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits we bring to their business.
- Appointment Booking: Schedule appointments for potential clients with our sales team, ensuring a smooth hand-off and a positive initial experience with our agency.
- Follow-Up: Maintain a pipeline of prospects through effective follow-up strategies, including emails and additional calls if necessary.
- Record Keeping: Document all call activities, outcomes, and appointment details accurately in our CRM system.
- Market Feedback: Relay client feedback and market insights to the sales and marketing teams to help refine our outreach strategy and service offerings.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.
- Proven experience in sales, specifically with cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage and interest potential clients.
- Familiarity with the digital marketing industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, with a high degree of organization and self-motivation.
